Crafted from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa, this Italian sparkling red is made using the ancestral method. Fermentation is carefully arrested in the tank and allowed to continue in the bottle. Once fully fermented, the wine is disgorged and organoleptically evaluated for quality, resulting in a softly sparkling, dry Lambrusco with fine bubbles and a wonderfully expressive profile.
