Immerse yourself in the world of wine! Want to learn about wine in a personal, fun, and interactive way? Ask questions, laugh, and truly savor every sip, without leaving your home? Just tell me where and when, and I’ll arrive with carefully selected wines and the personal stories behind them. Get in touch and book your winetasting@yourplace.
Good to know
Things you need to know about our tastings:
- You have complete freedom over your wine budget. You decide how many wines to taste and the total cost of the wines.
- For groups larger than 10 people, we recommend two bottles per wine to fully enjoy the tasting.
- Don’t worry about glasses! We provide them. Just make sure you have extra glasses if you want to continue tasting after the session.
- We bring extra wine with us. If you love what you taste, you can purchase it immediately. If we can’t provide it on the spot, we’ll deliver it free of charge to the tasting location within the next week.
Budgetting your tasting
The cost of your winetasting@yourplace includes:
- Your chosen wine budget
- € 12 per person (or € 30 per person if no wines are purchased afterwards)
- € 0.50 per km transport cost outside the Ghent area

Since we have only just started and don't yet have a dedicated location fully designed for wine tastings, we currently do not ofeer regulat tastings at WIJNZIN.
However, we occasionally host tastings at our place, so keep an eye on our Instagram account or subscribe to our newsletter!
In addition, twice a year we organize a large degustation where you can taste most of the wines and artisanal products we offer.
Wine 101
In the future, WIJNZIN will host Wine 101 courses, giving you the basics of winemaking, how to taste wines like a pro, and how to choose your next sip. However, at the moment we don’t yet have the space to offer these courses!
But don’t worry, you can already get started with our Mystery Wine Boxes, the perfect way to learn all about wine tasting from the comfort of your own home.
