Producers

Let me proudly introduce you to our producers! People who dedicate their lives to the vineyard. With hands that work vigorously day and night, season after season, they nurture the vines through sun and rain to create wines full of character and soul. Their passion is bottled in every sip, ready for you to discover.

Abrigo Giovanni

Abrigo Giovanni

Diano d'Alba - Piedmont

This family winery has been dedicated to wine for three generations, rooted in a winegrowing region recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2014. With deep respect for tradition, they craft DOC and DOCG wines from native grape varieties and also cultivate Piemonte IGT hazelnuts, personally overseeing every step of the process, from vine to finished product.

Passionate about simple, high-quality things, they work with care and the finest raw materials. Their daily commitment is to find beauty and goodness in everything they do, and to share it through each bottle of wine.

Altra Via

Altra Via

Castelbuono - Umbria

Altra Via is the exciting new project of the passionate winemaker Paolo Manso, formerly wine director and buyer at La Mescita and other renowned hotspots in Rome. His vineyard, Vigna Pianate San Sisto, lies at 500 meters above sea level on northeast-facing hills with clay, limestone, and sandstone soils, a unique site that gives the wines their distinct character.

Paolo farms organically, using only small amounts of copper and sulfur to preserve the purity of the vineyard. In 2022, he expanded his work with Cerreto Alto, a parcel of 50-year-old Trebbiano vines.

Fondo Bozzole

Fondo Bozzole

Poggio Rusco - Lombardy

Brothers Franco and Mario Accorsi are dedicated to reviving nearly forgotten indigenous varieties of Lambrusco. They farm organically, working with low yields, natural fermentations, and minimal sulfur additions, a philosophy that ensures purity and authenticity in every bottle.

Their vineyards lie in the Oltrepò Mantovano, a tiny and unique DOC on the southern banks of the Po River Valley, just below the village of Mantova. Here, clay and limestone soils enriched by ancient alluvial deposits provide the ideal terroir for producing true Lambrusco, the only appellation outside Emilia-Romagna where it is made.
Giostra

Giostra

Pescara - Abruzzo

Two friends, Amir from Molise and Michele from Abruzzo, have embarked on a winemaking adventure with a bold vision: to show that Molise ESISTE! Their goal is to showcase Molise, a land where traditions, terroirs, and grape varieties from surrounding regions come together, through compelling natural wines.

Starting from scratch, they produced their first vintage in a borrowed space at Lammidia in southern Abruzzo. All grapes come from Molise, just a short drive south, from a handful of hectares they farm, both owned and leased. Fermentations are carried out with native yeasts, and so far they work without any added sulfur.

Every season they have new sips to taste and discover.

Raina

Raína

Montefalco - Umbria

Francesco Mariani’s story is a unique one: he began his career as a chef and gradually transformed into a winemaker in Montefalco, while never letting go of his passion for the kitchen. In many ways, this culinary background shapes his approach to winemaking, a meticulous search for pure, authentic flavors that translates into a respectful and minimally invasive approach in both the vineyard and the cellar, aiming for maximum expression in the glass.

The winery, Raìna, takes its name from the nickname of the previous owner of the vineyard where the first Sagrantino vines were planted, preserving the connection between the land and its history.

Romealla

Romealla

Castel Viscardo - Umbria

Romealla is a family-owned estate located near Orvieto, in the heart of the Umbrian hills, where vineyards and olive groves are cultivated.

In 2011, Raffaele’s experience in the wine sector inspired him to take the leap from grower to producer, later expanding into extra virgin olive oil. Together with his wife Francesca, he has worked tirelessly to enhance the quality and character of Romealla’s products year after year.

Today, Romealla produces a refined selection of IGT wines, a superior quality extra virgin olive oil, and a range of artisanal jams, jellies, and preserves, each with an unmistakable, authentic taste that reflects the Umbrian land.

Sebastian van De Sype

Sebastian Van de Sype

Levizzano di Castelvetro - Emilia-Romagna

Founded in 2020, this Belgian family-run estate marks the beginning of an adventurous journey in cultivating grapes and producing wines with no compromise on quality and with full respect for natural balance. The property is planted with Grasparossa (with vines averaging 20 years old) alongside a small parcel of Trebbiano.

The estate specializes in light, sparkling ruby-red and rosé wines. Their winemaking philosophy is rooted in the “metodo ancestrale” and “metodo tradizionale,” with fermentations completed in the bottle. The goal is to craft authentic, natural wines that fully express the character of the grape varieties and the territory, free from industrial or corrective interventions.

Seravini

Castelvetrano - Sicilia

Seravini is the passion project of Rossella Serafino and Andreas Valkiers, an Italian-Belgian couple. They craft organic and natural wines from indigenous Sicilian grapes, full of fruity aromas and character.

In the vineyards, work is carried out with respect for nature, where minimal intervention and careful soil management ensure wines that truly reflect the authentic taste of the terroir.

Only native yeasts are used during fermentation, and minimal sulfites are added, allowing the distinctive character of Sicilian wines to shine at their best.

Stessa Via

Castelbuono - Umbria

Stessa Via is the joint project of Paolo from Altra Via and Giampiero from Due Dune – Bianche. Close friends and frequent collaborators, the two winemakers decided in 2025 to release wines together, combining the fruit of their vineyards and their unique winemaking styles. This shared passion gave birth to Stessa Via.

Whether this collaboration will continue with future vintages and new cuvées remains to be seen, but for now, Stessa Via represents the perfect meeting point of two talented winemakers on the same path.
