In the glass, Foxi shows bright straw yellow reflections and reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, with notes of banana. As it evolves, hints of orange-fleshed fruits like melon and apricot emerge, alongside clear impressions of dried fruit that linger on the palate. Dry and refreshing, yet full in body, it combines vibrancy with complexity.

Foxi is the estate’s bottle-fermented white wine, made entirely from Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes. Harvested early to preserve acidity, it offers freshness and vitality while surprising with body and aromatic richness. Pleasantly sparkling and easy to drink, it is best enjoyed chilled and shared in good company.

The label, designed by renowned illustrator Alessandro Sanna, is dedicated to all women. With his distinctive artistic style, Sanna has captured the charismatic and expressive soul of this wine in a unique visual identity.
