Sebastian Van de Sype - Rifermentato
Taste the Story
This deep ruby red Lambrusco has a delicate sparkle and aromas of red berries, cassis, and subtle hints of strawberries. On the palate, it is soft, dry, and full-bodied, with gentle tannins and a beautifully lingering finish with sour cherries.
Crafted from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa using the rifermentato method, a portion of the grape must is preserved after pressing and later added to the base wine, allowing natural fermentation in the bottle to create fine, persistent bubbles. Enjoy it on its own, with seafood, or paired with traditional Italian cuisine.
