Catarratto Bianco, a native Sicilian grape mainly grown in the provinces of Trapani, Palermo, and Agrigento, gives the wine its lively and refreshing character. On the nose, expect sparkling aromas of citrus and orange blossom, while the palate reveals juicy citrus notes, a hint of melon, and subtle tropical fruit nuances.
