Taste the Story
In the glass, the wine shows a deep purple-red hue with the characteristic violet highlights typical of Dolcetto and youthful red wines. The nose opens with bright aromas of wild and sour cherry. On the palate, it is dry, refreshing, and silky smooth.
“Tutto Turna” takes its name from the idea of redefining old traditions and modernising them. This wine is a reminder of old-style Dolcetto, where smoothness and drinkability were the backbone of the Dolcetto tradition. The wine is made from the same grapes as “Sorì dei Crava”, but thanks to careful canopy management and the selection of vines from less sunny sites, it retains a fresh and fruity bite with a lower alcohol content compared to the other Dolcetto wines from the same vineyard.
