In the glass, Incantabiss displays a vibrant ruby red with purple reflections and a lively, fine mousse. On the nose, mineral notes combine with aromas of gently macerated red fruit, especially strawberry. On the palate, the wine is soft yet precise, sweet in character but never ordinary, with a persistent and elegant finish.

Incantabiss is crafted from Lambrusco Ruberti, a prized local variety known for its natural softness and characteristic cherry fragrance. 

The name Incantabiss, or snake charmer in local dialect, recalls the nickname of Arnoldo Mondadori, born in Poggio Rusco, whose eloquence and storytelling talent earned him lasting renown. The label, illustrated by Alessandro Sanna, pays tribute to his legacy and the cultural roots of the region.
