Cocai is Fondo Bozzole's interpretation of Lambrusco Rosé, crafted from the Lambrusco Marani and Lambrusco Salamino varieties. The wine is obtained through gentle soft pressing, a method that extracts only the purest aromas and separates the skins from the must with delicate precision. This results in a lighter, elegant pink hue, rather than the classic ruby red typical of Lambrusco.

Dedicated to the memory of Teofilo Folengo, known as Merlin Cocai, a Mantuan poet born in Cipata around 1500, this Lambrusco Rosé pays tribute to both tradition and lightness of spirit.
